Liverpool are closing in on PSG defender Mamadou Sakho. The Telegraph says a double deal for defenders Tiago Ilori and Sakho is close to being struck.

The centre-halves are due on Merseyside for a medical today.

Ilori, from Sporting Lisbon, will cost around £8 million, while Sakho, who is leaving Paris St-Germain, is rated at £15 million.
