Liverpool defender Kolo Toure has seen a move to Qatar's Al Gharafa fall through.
The Daily Express says a deal has broken down over personal terms.
The 33-year-old defender, who has one year left on his current deal, has an agreement with Liverpool that he can leave for nothing if he finds a suitable club.
But it appears that this particular avenue into the Middle East has now closed off.
