UEFA will hold a disciplinary hearing on Thursday to decide the fate of Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho, according to reports from The Guardian.
Sakho had failed a drug test which was conducted following Liverpool's Europa League victory over Manchester United back in March and the defender was initially handed a 30-day worldwide ban for the offence.
Now according to reports, UEFA are set to hold a disciplinary hearing on Thursday regarding the Sakho issue and the Governing body is expected to announce the punishment dished out to the defender by early next week.
Sakho, who allegedly took a fat-burning substance, could be banned from anywhere between six months and two years.
