Liverpool council are targeting Manchester United fans.
The Daily Mail says United fans face their ticket allocation being slashed for October's clash with Liverpool because of 'persistent standing' at Anfield.
A report submitted to Liverpool City Council has recommended cutting the number of away fans from 3,015 to 1,965.
A decision will be made on August 8.
