Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has played down newspaper speculation that he is planning a £10m swoop for Arsenal winger Theo Walcott. The 23 year old England international's current contract is due to expire at the end of the season and talks over a new deal to extend his stay at Emirates Stadium have stalled.
However, the Liverpool boss told reporters: "There's nothing in it. He's an Arsenal player."
