Liverpool are eyeing unsettled AS Roma striker Bojan Krkic.

Krkic is on a two-year loan at Roma from Barcelona, but could see the deal cut short after a disappointing first season in Italy.

Corriere dello Sport says Liverpool and Schalke are in contact with Roma chief Walter Sabatini about the player's situation.

And Krkic's agent was in Rome yesterday to meet with Sabatini and discuss his future beyond the end of this season.
