Liverpool are eyeing Olympique Marseille striker Loic Remy.

The Liverpool Daily Post says Remy, 25, has been one of the stars in an under performing Marseille side that are struggling to keep up with the pace-setters in League-1.

Before moving to Marseille from Nice in the summer of 2010, Remy courted the interest of top clubs from around Europe, including the Reds, before deciding to play his football in the south of France.
