Andy Renshaw has left Liverpool as head physio.

Renshaw was head physio at Anfield but in a short statement on the club website, the Reds have confirmed his departure.

It reads: “Players and staff at various levels and age groups have benefitted from the professionalism and dedication he has shown as a physiotherapist and department manager during his time with the club.

“Liverpool FC would like to thank Andy for all his hard work and everything that he has helped the club achieve, both on and off the pitch, and he leaves with everyone at the club wishing him continued success for the future."
