Liverpool reserves boss Gary Ablett has completed his UEFA pro coaching licence.
The reserves boss has spent six years collecting the UEFA qualifications required of Premier League managers - A, B and Pro.
He told Liverpoolfc.tv: "I've been working towards the final Pro Licence diploma for the past 12 months and qualified just a couple of days before we got back in for pre-season training. It's the highest level you can get to.
"Sammy Lee told me there are only about 120 of us in the country who have successfully passed the Pro Licence course, so I'm really pleased with myself for obtaining it.
"It was a good mix of people from all kinds of different backgrounds. Roy was very good though, he impressed me a lot."
