Liverpool reserves coach Gary Ablett is delighted with the progress being made by Argentine youngster Gerardo Bruna.
The midfielder was snapped up from Real Madrid and Ablett told liverpoolfc.tv: "Very pleased. I think Gerardo found it particularly difficult to come in and adapt at first. I think he found the physical nature of English football quite demanding but he's settled down and has got used to it.
"You can see how comfortable he is now, scoring goals like that and he scored an outstanding goal pretty similar to that in Dallas, albeit from the other side of the penalty area. So we know he has the quality to do things like that and you'll see a lot more of Gerardo next year."
