Liverpool are eyeing Hoffenheim attacker Roberto Firmino. The Sunday Express says CEO Ian Ayre will fly to Germany next week in a bid to trash out a deal with the Bundesliga club for the £20m rated Firmino.
The 22-year-old Brazilian attacking midfielder fits the bill for Brendan Rodgers as he can fill a number of attacking positions.
He emerged last season as one of the Bundesliga's stars scoring 16 goals and claiming 12 assists as he helped Markus Gisdol's side to ninth place.
