Liverpool and Chelsea are chasing Borussia Dortmund striker Lucas Barrios.
talkSPORT says Chelsea have joined Liverpool in the race for the player, nicknamed 'La Pantera' (the panther), and are considering a 20.4 million summer move for the former Colo Colo star.
