Ukraine star Andriy Yarmolenko is wanted by Chelsea and Liverpool. The Daily Star says the 24-year-old has been a long-term target for Brendan Rodgers, who failed in his attempts last year to talk Dynamo Kiev into letting him leave for less than £23m.
But having reduced their asking price to closer to £15m, Liverpool are now reportedly keen on kick-starting new negotiations this summer.
But the Reds will now have face interest from their Premier League rivals Chelsea, who have also been alerted to Russian born Yarmolenko's low price tag.
