Liverpool are planning a January double raid on Aston Villa.
The Daily Star Sunday says the Reds will launch a £15million new year raid for Aston Villa pair Fabian Delph and Ron Vlaar.
England midfielder Delph and Dutch defender Vlaar will both be free agents next June when their contracts expire.
Villa boss Paul Lambert insists he has no plans to cash in on either player but Liverpool are ready to test that resolve.
Tottenham are also monitoring developments surrounding Delph, 25, while Man Utd, Southampton and Arsenal are chasing centre-half Vlaar, 29.
