Dutch sensation Rodney Kongolo is a target for Liverpool.

The People says the powerful midfielder is set to move on from Dutch club Feyenoord when he turns 16 and the Kop are heading a race for his signature.

Kongolo's older brother Terence, 19, plays in the Feyenoord first team.

But the Reds plan to take advantage of Feyenoord's need for funds with a deal of around £1.5million in instalments.
