Liverpool have joined the battle for Norwich City winger Nathan Redmond.
The Daily Star Sunday says Liverpool believe Redmond, 20, could make a similar impact to Raheem Sterling with his pace and skill.
The wideman has played alongside Anfield ace Sterling for the England Under-21s side and is regarded as one of the most exciting young players in the country.
The Canaries rejected a £5m offer from Southampton for Redmond in the last transfer window.
And the Saints are ready for another transfer battle with Liverpool in the new year.
