Jordan Henderson has warned Liverpool's rivals Mohamad Salah has plenty more left to give this season.

The Egyptian has so far scored nine goals in the Premier League for Liverpool and is in line to challenge for the golden boot award.

Henderson said of his team-mate: "I just want him to keep going and to be fair he hasn't took his foot off the gas.

"He's kept working hard in training, scoring goals, working hard in games - it's not just his goals, it's his workrate as well, which helps us as a team.

"He's been brilliant for all the season so far but he's got to keep it going, along with other players."

Jurgen Klopp's men meanwhile picked up their fourth successive win against Southampton on Saturday and are currently on a promising run of form.
