Jurgen Klopp suggests Jordan Henderson will prove his fitness in time for this summer's European Championships.
The Liverpool captain sustained a knee injury in the Europa League quarter-final first leg against Borussia Dortmund early last month which is expected to rule him out for up to eight weeks.
While Henderson is no chance of playing for the Reds again this season, Klopp hinted that he is likely to be available for Roy Hodgson's England side for Euro2016 which starts in France on June 10.
"Hendo in a good way for England, not sure about for Liverpool. Not on the pitch yet," Klopp said briefly ahead of Thursday night's Europa semi-final second leg against Villarreal.
