Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard is in line to return for tomorrow's clash with Hull City at Anfield.
Gerrard has been sidelined with a hamstring injury picked up in the 4-1 victory over West Ham on December 7 and was expected to be out for six weeks.
However when asked if Gerrard might be fit enough to face the Tigers on Wednesday, Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers said: "We will assess that over the next 24 hours.
"Steven has rejoined training so we'll see how he is for Hull."
