Liverpool are in contact with Ajax for midfielder Daley Blind. The Holland international has been linked with Manchester United.

However, De Telegraaf says Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund have made contact with Ajax football director Marc Overmars about a price for Blind.

Blind is tied to Ajax until 2016 and rated in the €12 million class.
