Liverpool are close to a deal for FC Basle winger Mohamed Salah. The Daily Star says sources in Switzerland claim the teams have been busy negotiating a price for the winger, who shone against Chelsea in the Champions League.
The clubs are now said to be close to agreeing a price for the 21-year-old, meaning Brendan Rodgers could have Salah in the squad for the team's upcoming crunch matches.
Other Premier League sides have been interested in signing Salah but Liverpool now look to be in pole position and could pay £10m for the Egypt international.
