Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers values the time he worked with Jose Mourinho at Chelsea.
Rodgers was part of the Blues staff during Mourinho's previous reign at Stamford Bridge.
He told AS: "It was a marvellous experience [working with Jose], I learned lot.
"Jose is a great planner and he behaved very well with me. At the end of the day I was only a young coach. He gave me responsibility, and the pressure that it brings to work with great footballers when you're only 30 years old.
"I will always be thankful to him for giving me the opportunity to train the reserve team and be close to his first team."
