Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is set for talks over transfer strategy at Melwood.
The Daily Mail says Rodgers is set to hold talks with Liverpool's owners on Friday.
John Henry is expected to fly over from America for Saturday's home game against Aston Villa and will sit down with Rodgers and Liverpool's managing director Ian Ayre to discuss finances.
Rodgers is known to want a left-back, centre-back, midfielder and a striker but it is likely that most of his targets will have to wait until the summer.
