Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers believes it is unrealistic to talk up their title chances.
The Anfield side are within two points of leaders Arsenal while staying ahead of Chelsea, both on 33, with their superior goal difference.
"Everyone dreams and ultimately that is why I came here, to hopefully one day do that, but it is unprecedented," he said.
"No team has gone from seventh to winning the league.
"The year before I came in it was eighth, then seventh. We are fighting to get back into the Champions League spots.
"You don't enter the race to finish fourth, of course, every wants to win it, but it will be unprecedented for any team to go from seventh to winning it."
