New Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is eager to sign off contract Wigan Athletic midfielder Momo Diame.
Diame revealed he was in talks with Liverpool before the sacking of Kenny Dalglish.
Sky Sports says Rodgers has given the green light for the deal, as he is a big fan of the midfielder.
