Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is reviving his interest in Palermo striker Abel Hernandez.

Rodgers made an attempt for the Uruguay international in the summer, but couldn't agree a fee with Palermo president Maurizio Zamparin.

TMW says he is set to try again for the centre-forward, whose physical presence would offer something different to Rodgers' current attacking options.

Fiorentina are also being linked with Hernandez today.
