Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is reluctant to let either Sebastian Coates or Jack Robinson leave Anfield on loan.

The defenders have rarely figured this season but Rodgers does not feel he can allow them to go elsewhere.

"They need to get out but unfortunately it may well be that they don't go out," said Rodgers. "The needs of the group is the most important thing."
