Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has been mixing with the coaching staff of the Boston Red Sox during his time in the city.
Rodgers has used his time in Boston to get to know his Red Sox counterpart Bobby Valentine.
He explained to liverpoolfc.com: "I hadn't a clue about baseball before I came here, to be honest, but I've come to a couple of games here and I've been able to share some experiences with the manager of the Red Sox, which was fantastic.
"Obviously it's a totally different sport but the problems and issues that come with managing a team are pretty much similar.
"Just to meet some of the baseball players and talk through some of their experiences has been great.
"It's always important to learn as a manager and you never stop learning, every day."
