Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers says they'll do their homework on his summer transfer targets.

Philippe Coutinho and Daniel Sturridge have proved a real hit since arriving in January.

And Rodgers said: "We see Coutinho and Sturridge's quality.

"There were some key positions we needed support in but I didn't want to waste the club's money.

"I like to know what we are bringing in."
