Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has the inside running in the battle for Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen.

Despite interest from Manchester United, Spurs and Arsenal as well as Italian giants Inter Milan, Liverpool remain favourites to get him as fellow Dane Daniel Agger and former Ajax team-mate Luis Suarez are both at Anfield.

Eriksen said: "I don't know if I will be an Ajax player after the summer. I will probably start up training with them and then we will see what happens. I don't exclude anything."
