Liverpool players return to training today.

Manager Brendan Rodgers is mindful of this extra workload as the Reds chase Cup glory and a Champions League place and gave them yesterday and Monday off.

"The players have two days off after everything they've put in over this period," said the Liverpool boss.

"And they deserve that because they have put so much effort into getting us into the position that we're in. But after that, we'll recover and be ready to go again."
