Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers was delighted with their 5-0 thrashing of Norwich City.
Registering a third successive home win allowed Liverpool to banish memories of last week's defeat against Manchester United.
"We needed to find that goal early on and it was a terrific piece of play by Luis Suarez, who wriggled his way in and around the edge of the box and when the ball dropped to Jordan what a strike it was," Rodgers said.
"Once you get that it gives you the confidence because your opponent has to come out and that allows more spaces to open up.
"We controlled the game very well and we scored some outstanding goals.
"Equally I thought our pressing and defensively we were very intense and aggressive in getting the ball back. It was a terrific performance."
