Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is convinced Philippe Coutinho will enjoy a breakout campaign this season.
The Brazil midfielder, this week likened to Kenny Dalglish by former Liverpool player Peter Beardsley, has been outstanding in his eight months at Anfield but struggled last season against Tottenham and Chelsea.
However, Rodgers, whose side go to Aston Villa on Saturday, said: "He was still gaining his fitness, and those were high-tempo games. But I have no doubts about him on the big stage. I've seen him play in Champions League games for Inter Milan."
