Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers say it's no secret he needs to deepen his squad this summer.

Rodgers has admitted that the Anfield outfit will need to strengthen their squad to cope with the increased demands of competing in the UEFA Champions League next season.

"We're in the Champions League next year, which will be great. But we want to be in every competition and challenging on all fronts - that clearly means that we have to strengthen the depth of our squad."
