Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says they could've "SMASHED" Manchester City today.
City thumped Liverpool 5-0, though the first-half dismissal of Sadio Mane had a huge influence on proceedings.
Speaking with LFCTV, Klopp declared he was "angry" with his players at halftime.
"I was so angry at halftime," stated the German. "Not with the result, but because the boys weren't...
"We could've smashed them. 100 per cent. But it's not important now. We lost 5-0. Crazy, I know."
Klopp also wasn't happy with the 12:30pm kickoff.
"Also, in the first-half we didn't play like we wanted. The international break. Different plans. Different positions. Players coming from all over the world. I don't like this but I can't change it."
