Liverpool ace Philippe Coutinho has shut the door on a summer move to Barcelona.

Following the win over Middlesbrough yesterday, Coutinho was again asked about the Barca rumours.

He told ESPN Brasil: "I have a long contract with Liverpool.

"Speculations are for journalists only."

Boss Jurgen Klopp loves the Brazilian and urged him to stay at Liverpool prior to yesterday's match.

He said: "Stay here and they will end up building a statue in your honour."
