Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says he's taking inspiration from Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham.
For the German, it is not even the success that is the biggest draw, but the development of his young side, which he sees as possessing the most potential in the Premier League along with Spurs.
“They are obviously a few steps ahead, but they have played longer together maybe. Hopefully we are maturing - sometimes you have to make real mistakes to learn from that.
“After the West Brom game I told the players it looked like adult football because they were doing the right thing at the right moment, without waiting for a very special moment.
“In that situation, staying in a game, doing the right thing, playing the right pass, that's what I thought was really good. It is all about the development, that's how it is with a young team."
