Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is tightlipped on his plans for Daniel Sturridge this summer.
Sturridge left in January on-loan search of regular action in a bid to force his way into England's World Cup squad, but has played just 82 minutes of football for rock-bottom West Brom due to a hamstring injury.
Asked about Sturridge's prospects at Anfield, Klopp said: "We will see. It is nothing that I have thought about so far.
"We don't have to make these judgements yet. There will be a pre-season next year and he is still contracted here so we will see.
"He's probably fit now but he can't play against us so we don't have to think about that now. That is something for next year but it is absolutely not what he expected or what we expected."
