Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was pleased to see Philippe Coutinho make his first start for the Reds since November.
The Brazilian playmaker was a part of the Reds' starting XI ifor the FA Cup third-round 1-0 success over Plymouth Argyle on Wednesday night, courtesy of Lucas Leiva's first goal since 2010.
The German manager said: "[He] was good.
"Actually, I expected you to ask me about Lucas! I'm happy, really happy.
"It was very important for us. I thought 60-65 minutes was the perfect intensity for today. Good for him and good for us."
The Reds next take on Swansea City in the Premier League on Saturday with Coutinho expected to start again.
