Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is keen to ease title expectations.
With Chelsea struggling, there has even been talk of Liverpool fighting their way back into the Premier League title race.
But Klopp, twice a Bundesliga winner with Dortmund, says it is pointless to even think about it.
"If it would help, I'd think about it from six in the morning to five the next morning. But it helps nil. It's not interesting. We have to work. If you think about it, what can happen when you aren't concentrated?
"I have a little bit of experience with winning titles, I know what helps and what doesn't help, such as to talk about things you have no influence.
"That's all we can do and see where we are in May."
