Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has laughed being a described as a "loser" by Maribor chief Zlatko Zahovic.

Zahovic believes Klopp is an excellent coach with bags of charisma “which fans love", but unlike Capello and Mourinho he “fails to win big titles". How did he respond?

“I'll make a summary, yeah? It sounds like I am a charismatic, funny loser," Klopp joked.

“Thank you for that. No comment."

Klopp continued: "Maribor are a good football playing team with experience. Good offensively and well organised.

“They are an offensively minded team. They like to keep and protect the ball. We need to be ready for this battle.

“In some moments they will be compact and together. We need to be the same when they are attacking.

“From my point of view it has to be a high intensity game. It's very important for both teams."
