Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says he is willing to spend again before the transfer deadline falls.
Klopp admitted the performance in a 2-0 defeat at Turf Moor wasn't good enough even after dominating possession.
When asked if it meant he would spend money now, he replied tersely: “If one game should change my mind then I would be a real idiot."
However, the German would not rule out more activity - even if it won't be a panic move.
“The answer is I don't know - we will see," he said of more signings, after bringing in seven new players already.
“I know you would all buy a left back - but a midfielder?
“Emre Can was on the bench, he had a back problem, Lucas Leiva is injured and you ask me for a hard midfield player."
