Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has given former club Mainz a rousing video message.
Mainz hero Klopp was visited by ultras at Anfield last week as they sought some inspiration for their relegation battle.
Klopp was happy to help and during a passionate message, he declared: "As I will come back to Mainz to live there, I would be glad if there was Bundesliga football.
"The situation is anything but hopeless. I hope everyone understands what it's all about.
"The fact that the guys from the Mainz-Ultras are here, shows that the situation is quite serious."
Mainz chief Rouven Schröder was delighted: "Goose bumps are pure. A great action from our fans and Jürgen Klopp. You can see that everyone is pulling together now."
Mainz lost 1-0 at Freiburg yesterday.
