Liverpool boss Dalglish looking forward to catching up with West Brom's Hodgson

Liverpool's Kenny Dalglish says he will welcome Roy Hodgson back to Anfield with open arms.

The Scotsman replaced now-West Bromwich Albion manager Hodgson in January 2011 but insists it will be great to have the old Reds manager back on Merseyside when the Baggies visit on Sunday.

"It will be good to see Roy. To see him back at Anfield - obviously we've played them down there already - will be good and I'm sure he'll get a warm reception from the supporters," said Dalglish.

"He's a man with real integrity and dignity and he tried his best for this football club. I'm sure the supporters will respect that."
