Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez is ready to replace Dan Agger if he fails to agree to a new contract. The Anfield chief has not given up hope of keeping 24-year-old defender Agger but he has yet to agree terms.
AC Milan and Juventus have both expressed interest in the Dane and Liverpool do not want to risk losing him on a free with his contract up in 18 months.
Valencia stopper Raul Albiol is the player Benitez has lined up if he is forced to sell Agger.
