Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has dismissed claims they would have beaten Champions League rivals Atletico Madrid if Fernando Torres had been fit.

Robbie Keane popped up to score in the 1-1 draw and Benitez said afterwards: "No, I think it wasn't the case.

"Obviously he's a special player and it could have been a different match. But he was unavailable so it doesn't matter."
