Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has hit back at Bolton Wanderers rival Gary Megson over his team selection.

Megson fears that Liverpool will rest players for their clash with Chelsea by fielding a weakened team against Fulham today, which brought a sharp retort from Benitez.

He said: "I seem to remember he fielded a severely weakened team when they were involved in Europe this season, so it seems a bit of a contradiction."
