Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez admits Alberto Aquilani could play as striker against Atletico Madrid in tomorrow's Europa League semifinal.

Benitez is considering turning to Italian misfit Aquilani as a secret striking weapon.

Benitez said: "It is definitely an option. He can play in both positions.

"Aquilani can pass the ball well and when the game is open like in the second half against Burnley, he can move and create good assists."
