Sport-Magazine says Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is ready to rescue Bakkali and bring him to Merseyside.
The Reds intend to offer €8 million for the midfielder in the coming days.
Bakkali famously turned down Manchester City as a junior player when leaving Ajax.
