Liverpool have won the race for Derby County midfielder Will Hughes, it has been claimed.The Sun says Liverpool have beaten Arsenal to the signing of Derby midfielder Hughes and will sign the 18-year-old in a £12m deal during the January transfer window.
The Reds currently have fullback Andre Wisdom on-loan at Pride Park.
